1 tbsp cornstarch (or wheat starch)
1.5 cups granulated sugar
1 tbsp currants
1.5 tbsp pine nuts
1 tsp saffron (dissolved in hot water)
3–4 cloves
For garnish
Pistachios
Almonds
Hazelnuts
