Rice Characteristics

Golden Sella is a type of Sella Basmati that naturally takes on a golden hue as a result of the parboiling process. The processing steps are identical to those of Sella (soaking + steaming + drying + milling); only the color and visual appearance stand out. As a result, the rice:
  • Cooks fluffy and non-sticky, maintaining its shape perfectly in long servings.
  • Offers high durability — performs equally well as Sella when reheated or kept warm.
  • Is highly suitable for buffets, catering, and rice-based dishes served with toppings.
  • Expands in length when cooked and gives a pleasant, glossy appearance.
