How to Cook?

Add 1/4 cup of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter into a pot.
Add 2 cups of rice and sauté until it becomes translucent.
Add 1/2 cup of currants and sauté briefly with the rice.
Soak 2 teaspoons of saffron in 1 cup of hot water; then add it to the pot.
Add 3 cups of hot water, 2 teaspoons of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper; cover and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Turn off the heat; let it rest for a few minutes and serve.
